We kept coming back to the same question: why is sunscreen so complicated — and why does no one actually reapply it?

Eugene and I are Korean American and were raised with very high standards for skincare. From a young age, we were taught that skin health is intentional and part of everyday life.

As my life got busier — balancing mom life , work life, travel, and workouts — I noticed the same problem in my own routine. I’d apply sunscreen in the morning and forget about it for the rest of the day. Not because I didn’t care, but because reapplication didn’t fit an active, on-the-go lifestyle.

Naturally that’s where Eugene and I came together. With my background in building brands and Eugene’s expertise in creating and launching products, we built HAESKN: amazing formulation, easy-to-reapply , designed to move with you. From coffee runs to marathons to long days outdoors, HAESKN fits everyday life — because every day is HEYday.
