Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak shipping periods.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship to:

  • United States (including PO Boxes where supported by the carrier)

We do not currently ship internationally. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact us at hello@haeskn.com.


Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Delivered but missing

  • Arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a carrier claim or resolution.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations, certain products (including sunscreens and other personal care items) may be subject to shipping restrictions in specific locations. We comply with all applicable shipping and carrier regulations.
